BillTracker (“the App”) is provided by AshiePleb (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the App handles information.
Summary
BillTracker is a local-only bill tracker. Bill details you enter are stored on your device. This version does not require an account and does not sync your bills to our servers.
Information stored on your device
Depending on how you use the App, it may store on your device:
- Merchant / payee names
- Amounts and due dates
- Categories and notes
- Paid / unpaid status and recurrence settings
- Reminder preferences (for example, days before due)
- App settings such as theme and currency
This information does not leave your device through BillTracker in this version.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App may schedule local reminders on your device before a bill is due. You can change or revoke notification permission in your device settings.
No accounts, analytics, or ads (this version)
- No sign-in or account creation
- No cloud backup or sync operated by us
- No advertising SDKs in this version
- We do not sell your personal data
If a future version adds cloud features, analytics, or ads, this policy will be updated before those features ship.
Children
BillTracker is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Do not use the App to store information about children if that is not appropriate for your situation.
Your choices
- Uninstalling the App removes local App data from that device (subject to how your OS handles app storage).
- You can disable notifications in system settings.
- You control what you type into the App.

Changes
We may update this policy when the App changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
